Play Cheat online with friends
Cheat — you might know it as BS or I Doubt It — is the card game where lying is the whole point. Play cards face down, claim they're something they're not, and dare your friends to call you on it. Guess right and the liar eats the pile; guess wrong and it's yours. Create a private room and find out who at your table has the best poker face.
How to play Cheat
- 1Create a free room, pick Cheat, and invite 3-6 players with the link. Bots can fill in if you're short.
- 2The deck is dealt out to all players — your goal is to get rid of every card.
- 3On your turn, play one or more cards face down and claim they're the required rank — aces, then twos, then threes, and so on.
- 4You can tell the truth... or slip in whatever cards you want. Nobody sees what you actually played.
- 5Any player who doubts you can call cheat. The cards are flipped: if you lied, you take the whole pile; if you were honest, the accuser takes it.
- 6First player to get rid of every card — and survive the final accusation — wins.

Cheat needs 3 to 6 players — you need at least a few people at the table for the bluffing to work. Bots can help you hit the minimum.
Is Cheat free to play online?

Do my friends need accounts to join?
No. You share a link, they pick a name, and they're seated. No sign-ups, no downloads, no friction.
Can I play Cheat on my phone?
Yes — and it's arguably better on phones, since nobody can peek at your hand. It runs in any modern mobile browser and can live on your home screen.
Is Cheat the same game as BS or I Doubt It?
Yes. Cheat, BS, I Doubt It, and Bluff are all names for the same face-down bluffing game. The rules here are the classic version most groups know.
