Play Crazy Eights online with friends

Crazy Eights is the timeless shedding game played with a standard deck: match the suit or the rank, save your eights for the perfect moment, and race your friends to an empty hand. It takes thirty seconds to learn and a lifetime to stop playing. Spin up a private room and deal your friends in with one link.

How to play Crazy Eights

  1. 1Create a free room, pick Crazy Eights, and invite 2-6 players with the link — or add bots to round out the table.
  2. 2Each player is dealt 5 cards (8 in a two-player game) and one card is flipped face up to start the discard pile.
  3. 3On your turn, play a card that matches the top card's suit or rank — a heart on a heart, or a 4 on a 4.
  4. 4Eights are wild: play one on anything and pick the suit the next player has to follow.
  5. 5Stuck? Draw a card from the pile. If it's playable, you can play it right away; otherwise your turn passes.
  6. 6First player to shed every card wins the game.
